This conference didn't happen due to a little global pandemic.  This is the letter sent to registrants:

Dear AsEA Conference 2020 Registrants:

​

We regret to inform you that we are postponing the AsEA Conference 2020. Many Southern California independent schools have canceled all events, and some have moved to remote online learning (closing their school sites.) Sage Hill School, our conference site, is canceling events and can no longer host the AsEA Conference 2020.

We felt it was important to give you this information as soon as possible. As a result, we are at the beginning stages of the process of all the work that goes into canceling a planned conference. We will be issuing refunds for registration. It will take up to a week for Brown Paper Tickets to process, and there is nothing that you need to do. If you booked a room at the Marriott Newport Beach, please call the hotel or go online to cancel. We cannot cancel the rooms for you. In order to avoid being charged, you must cancel 3 days prior to your arrival date. Please do this ASAP.

This is a postponement. We are committed to bringing you the content and the experience for which the steering committee has passionately worked in the near future. We will continue to be in contact and share information with you as soon as we know. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
